Adastron & Byways combined (ABC), also known as Cardew Court, was a development which involved the demolition of outbuildings on Adastron, demolition of Byways, general site clearance of both sites and the design and construction of 37 no Apartments for Shared Ownership consisting of 28 no x 2 bedroom 4 person and 9 no x 1 bedroom 2 person apartments including general external and drainage works.
