Arnett Avenue saw the demolition of 7 No. bungalows and a vacant 1960’s Care Home and the creation of a mixed tenure development consisting of 10 No. Townhouses and 36 No. Apartments split across two Blocks. The scheme acted as the initial enablement phase for the major regeneration of a neighbouring Local Authority Estate. Construction during the COVID-19 Pandemic presented major challenges with materials procurement and construction logistics and we worked in collaboration with the Contractor to devise a series of mitigation strategies which facilitated continued construction progress.
