Origin Housing Limited entered into Contract with Developer St George North London Limited in July 2022 for the design and construction of 111 affordable new homes that sit within the final and wider Phase D of the renowned Beaufort Park, Hendon.
Madlins LLP have been appointed as Employers Agent and Clerk of Works to oversee the delivery of 65 apartments for affordable rent within core D3 and 46 apartments for shared ownership within core D7.
Once complete, all apartments will have access to a shared podium garden at 1st floor level and the wider public realm to Beaufort Park, which includes restaurants, retail units and subscription-based gymnasium.
The development is being built to the latest building regulation requirements and will incorporate air source heat pumps linked to a communal heat network to generate heating within the apartments.
