Delivery of 54 Affordable dwelling on Higgins’ Chobham Farm Zone 2 Development in Stratford on behalf of L&Q. Chobham Farm Zone 2 consisted of 1 block of maisonettes and a 4-core block of apartments with podium level landscaping. This contract related to 54 no L&Q units in Cores A and D of the apartment block. Core A consists of 22no Shared Ownership apartments, Core D consists of 32 Affordable Social Rent Apartments.
