The new P16 development involved the creation of two new car parks, the construction of a temporary road and Contractor’s compound and the construction of a new Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and Glulam beam building with 9 No. classrooms, a café, a performance space, staff, administration and support spaces and associated communal areas, in addition to landscaping, waste and infrastructure works.
