Demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new mixed-use Energy Centre and Commercial Offices building. Works included an Energy Centre (ground floor 3 No. bays for 3 No. x 3.3mw CHP engines, first floor boiler room and associated ancillary plant, office and controls spaces), one floor of commercial offices (including fit out) and associated communal and workshop spaces, in addition to the installation of 2 No. thermal storage vessels and ancillary infrastructure structures, including above ground pipework. The building was also designed to accommodate a future extension above, either residential or commercial.
