Erith Quarry is a Joint Venture between Andersons and L&Q to deliver the former Erith Quarry into 859 new house and apartments.
Madlins are appointed on behalf of L&Q since 2016 to delivered the Affordable Dwellings on their behalf.
To date 54 Houses for Shared Ownership have been delivered across parcels 4 & 7 with another 200 dwellings currently in development due for delivery across 2023 and 2024’
In addition to acting as Employers Agent & Clerk of Works for the delivery of the Affordable Housing, we are also appointed Quality Managers on behalf of the LLP to ensure the Private Dwellings are delivered to the highest quality.
