Farm Close consisted of the redevelopment of a terrace of 4Nr. flood damaged bungalows which had been deemed to be beyond economical repair following major flooding within the Borough in 2012. This project represented the first new build council housing project for the Local Authority in several years and we worked closely with them to develop a suite of Employer’s Requirements, advising on specification and construction methods whilst also being responsible for designing and securing planning permission for the proposed flatted scheme which incorporated various flood protection measures.
