Delivery of 645 dwellings on behalf L&Q from Berkeley Homes East Thames to be delivered across two phases.
Blocks KV3 D4 and D5 have been completed to date, with 110 units for Shared Ownership delivered to L&Q in 2021.
We are delivering another 75 Affordable Apartments and Houses in 2022 with the delivery of the first 10 Affordable Houses.
