Barrett London and London Borough of Barnet redevelopment of Phase 9a & b of the Millbrook Development. The site was formerly a Ministry of Defence site incorporating Inglis Barracks and the British Postal Office. Phase 9 forms the southern boundary of the Millbrook Park and the gateway to the whole Development.
The mixed use scheme comprises 355 dwellings of which L&Q have 58no affordable units in Phase 9b.
