Construction of a new 3 storey teaching block. Works include the construction of a new mixed-use 3 storey teaching block comprising Office/Welfare, Food Tech, Lockers and SEND on the ground floor, teaching classrooms and IT on the first floor, teaching classrooms, IT, drama and art on the second floor and associated communal areas, in addition to landscaping, waste and infrastructure works. Works also include the subsequent demolition of the Food Tech, Drama, Woburn Gym and G block buildings and external works relating thereto, which will follow the main new build.
