The former Sewage Treatment Works Site extends to 4 hectares, and known to have been decommissioned between the mid 1990’s and early 2000’s.
Most recently, the Site was used as a park and ride facility during the London 2012 Olympic Games. To facilitate this use, surface soils were removed and stockpiled within a large bund spanning east-west through the southern half of the Site. Aggregate was utilised to form the car parking surface.
The development included 271 dwellings, consisting of 190 private dwellings and 81 affordable dwellings, of which 42no. were purchased by the Client. These are made up of 228 apartments and 43 houses with associated parking and open spaces.
