The strip out and sub-division of the old BHS retail unit with infill extension at 1st Floor to provide 4 smaller retail units, reconfigured back of house service areas and Children’s Play Area. In addition we undertook works to improve the Mall and Swan Square areas to the front of the new units and stripped out and upgraded the existing Shopping Centre WCs.
