Emma Currens

Associate

Emma has over 20+ years’ experience in the property industry. She previously worked at Metropolitan and Capita before joining Madlins as a Senior Project Manager in 2016 and later progressing up the ranks to becoming an Associate.

Having previously worked for two Housing Associations within the G15, Emma’s has vast experience of working within the Social Housing sector, working on new build affordable housing and refurbishment projects.

Emma’s experience extends across many sectors, but she now works almost exclusively within the Residential sector, from which she has established an excellent working relationship with some our smaller community-based Housing Association Clients, working typically on land led infill projects, with social value being a key element of the development brief.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys going to concerts and music festivals and watching the F1 and football matches with friends and family.
