Gary Kimpton

Senior Clerk of Works

Gary has over 30+ years’ experience in the property industry. He previously worked at NHBC before joining Madlins as a Senior Clerk of Works in 2021.

Gary spent several years as a Project Building Inspector and Construction Quality Analyst on New Build Residential and Commercial developments. He has gained experience through working on a number of residential projects to include small and large scale apartment blocks, houses and refurbishment projects and retail. Working on both private and affordable housing projects, he has considerable experience in the monitoring of quality workmanship and compliance, as well as liaising with contractors and clients to ensure the delivery of successful developments.

Gary’s experience extends across many sectors, including Residential, Retail, Refurbishments, Conversions and MMC.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys his family life including walking, swimming and gardening.
