Janette Sene

Compliance Manager

Janette joined Madlins in 2019 and has over 30 years’ experience working in the commercial property sector. She started her career as a general practice Chartered Surveyor with Gerald Eve and Edwin Hill, where she subsequently trained as a Quality Management Systems Auditor in accordance with BSI Standards. Janette focused on this area of work due to family commitments and has extensive experience in the design and implementation of quality and environmental management systems and statutory compliance. 

Janette is responsible for compliance with our ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Management systems, as well as our Constructionline, H&S Site Safety in Procurement and Investors in People certification and annual regulatory body external audits. She also provides support for the Practice with responses to compliance related questions within client tender questionnaires.

Outside of work, Janette enjoys gardening, golf, horse riding and tai chi.
