Tony Willson

Partner

Tony has 45+ years’ experience in the property industry.

He qualified while working at Surrey County Council’s Architects Department before moving to Hong Kong as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working  within the Architectural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. He then joined Madlins in 1986, promoted to Associate in 1993 and became a Partner in 2000. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Tony has worked on a wide range of public and private sector developments since joining the Practice including social and private housing, environmental improvement schemes, community buildings, hospital refurbishments, doctors’ surgeries, office developments and fit-outs, and educational projects including a major university teaching and gallery scheme.

Tony’s experience extends across many sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Retail, Health and Leisure.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys walking and in his younger days trekked to Everest Base Camp, walked across Switzerland on the Alpine Pass Route and completed Wainwright’s Coast to Coast to name but a few. Today he enjoys less vigorous activities and can be found either hacking across a golf course or strolling around heritage sites. He is also a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur.
